reception & Arrival
Reception hours during High Season are as follows:
9am to Noon daily
3pm to 7pm daily
We do not operate a 24hour reception service but in the event of an emergency, a member of staff will be available outside of these hours.
If you have a non-urgent query outside of the hours above, please direct them to info@corcregganmill.com and a member of our team will come back to you as soon as possible.
Check-in
Check in time is strictly 3pm to 7pm (unless agreed by prior arrangement)
Please ensure you have completed your pre-checkin form at least 12 hours before checking in.
Check-Out Time
Check out time is strictly 11am (unless agreed by prior arrangement).
Guests are asked to check out promptly at 11am, or before, so that the housekeeping team have adequate time to carry out the necessary deep-clean and sanitisation of the accommodation in advance of the next guest’s arrival. Late departure will incur a €50 charge.
Prior Arrangement
Earlier check ins and later check outs will be facilitated where possible subject to additional charge payable on arrival. This charge is €25.
Low Season Bookings (01 Oct - 01 April) & Self Check-In
Between 1 October and 1 April each year, our accommodation and motorhome park operate on a Self Check-In basis (similar to Air BnB) and full pre-payment is required.
If booking accommodation during this time, please be aware that the main house and all Food and Beverage offerings will be closed during your stay and staff presence on the site will be minimal. You will receive an email in advance of your arrival with all the check-in information you will need.
