Corcreggan Mill isn’t your typical wedding venue—and that’s exactly the point. Nestled on the wild and beautiful north-west coast of Donegal, our quirky, character-filled space is full of rustic charm and soul.
We offer the Mill on a dry hire basis, giving couples the freedom to design their day from scratch. There are no packages or set formats—just a blank canvas for a celebration that’s truly yours.
Over the years, we’ve seen all kinds of magical DIY weddings here—from laid-back picnics and boho festival vibes, to intimate ceremonies, elegant soirées, and céilí dances that went on 'til the small hours. Every one of them has been completely unique, and as special as the people who made it happen.
Our historic buildings and peaceful outdoor spaces provide a stunning backdrop for any style of celebration. Whether you’re planning a humanist or spiritual ceremony, a garden drinks reception, a feast under the stars, or a few rounds of lawn games, there’s space and atmosphere in abundance.
The venue comfortably sleeps 50 (with room for more in the summertime), and we can host events from 30 up to around 100 guests depending on your setup. We’re proud to be an LGBTQ+ friendly venue and welcome all love stories here.
While it’s a DIY setup, you won’t be totally on your own—we have a list of trusted local suppliers who’ve helped bring many incredible events to life at Corcreggan.

Front Room
Typlically used as the Dining Room, this space can also be set up theatre style or conference style and can accommodate up to 14 guests
Winebar
The Winebar can be set up in conference, theatre groupwork style and can accommodate up to 20 guests
Loft Space
This is a large and flexible event space. It is suitable for large meetings, workshops, team events and seminars. The space can be set up in theatre or cabaret style and can accommodate between 60-80 guests depending on set up
Railway Carriage
At the rear of this beautifully restored carriage, there is a large lounge/diner which can accommodate up to 15 people. A quirky alternative to your standard meeting/event spaces!
Outside Spaces
There are a variety of spaces on the grounds which would be perfect for outdoor activities and retreats.
