A sprinkle of magic has arrived at Corcreggan Mill ... 🧚
Winding through the trees, gardens, and wild corners of our land, the Fairy Walk is a self-guided adventure filled with storytelling, imagination, and a trail of secret clues.
Led by our resident guide fairy, Lúibín, the walk invites curious children (and the young at heart) to slow down, explore nature, and uncover the hidden world of the fairies.
The experience is fully bilingual, with all signs, clues, and activity materials available in both Irish and English. Whether you're staying with us or visiting from nearby, you're very welcome to enjoy the magic – just read on for the practical bits below.
“Ag lúbadh trí na cranna agus coirnéil fhiaine, tugann Siúlóid na Sióg turas samhlaíoch duit, lán le scéalta beaga agus leideanna rúnda”
✨ What You’ll Discover
Follow 11 beautifully illustrated trail markers nestled throughout the grounds, each with its own story, clue or activity – from spotting the Magical Hare, to whispering wishes in the Fairy Wings Garden, to cracking the secret Fairy Code at the School of Magic. The markers and challenge map are presented bilingually, so children (and grown-ups!) can explore the world of the fairies in Irish and English.
