Travel Directions:

The property is situated on the N56, Donegal's coast road from Letterkenny to the North West, beside New Lake with views of Tramore beach (1 mile) and Tory Island, and is 2 miles west of the very popular scenic village of Dunfanaghy.

This space is open plan with exposed beams. There are large portrait windows on both sides, one to the North and two to the South, which ensure that it is flooded with natural light.

The living area is 16ft x 10.4ft (4.9m x 3.2m), it has a flagstone floor, and a brick and stone open fireplace.


The dining/kitchen area is 16ft x 10.4ft (4.9m x 3.2m). It has a pitch pine floor, a sink, dishwasher, gas hob, electric oven and a 2.5" thick antique pine worktop, and a gas hob. There is also an open plan pine stairs leading to the upstairs, with carved yew newel-post and handrail.

Bathroom:

The upstairs bathroom is 8.6ft x 8.8ft (2.6m x 2.7m). It has a bath, wash hand basin and toilet. The floor is cork. The bathroom is notable for its beautiful carvings in yew around the bath, and the wash-hand basin mirror. The bath is cast iron, (antique), and the velux attic window faces south.

Bedroom 1 is 11ft x 18ft (3.4m x 5.5m). It is upstairs and has a pine sheeted cathedral roof with velux attic window to the South.
