Lonely Planet:

"One of Ireland's more intriguing hostels" The lovingly rebuilt Mill House, has spotless dormitoty-style accommodation(with firm Mattresses), along with private rooms for couples and families. Campers can pitch tents on  cushy lawn beside an organic vegetable garden. Theres lots going on amid several comfortable sitting rooms and halls, with music sessions, massage services, and meditation seminars. Continental/Full Breakfasts. Bus stops outside". "Dublin Bus-John McGinley. Galway Bus-Feda O'Donnell".

Guide du Routard:
"Great restoration work. Living room and dorms renovated in a very pretty way. Big kitchen, beautiful and well equipped. Very warm welcome. Warm atmosphere. The boss is a mine of information on the locality, which he has fallen in love with. He knows all the walking routes and the traditional music sessions. One of our best hostels in Ireland."

Let's Go, Ireland:
"Along the coast, 5 miles north of Falcarragh and 2miles south of Dunfanaghy, is the truly amazing and truly unique Corcreggan Mill Cottage Hostel. Owner Brendan has converted an old wooden railway car into comfortable 4-bed dorms and double rooms with mahogany floors and walls. Other rooms are available in the equally cool former Kiln House with bunks and loft doubles. The three kitchens -- two for hostellers, one for campers -- have been redone using old materials. Most buses stop at the door; just ask to get off. The Mill House, (ensuite rooms), is also part of the hostel."

Fodor's Up Close:
"...a hostel that is an attraction in itself....set alone among lush greenery....beautiful rustic old kiln house and 120 year old railway carriage with romantic doubles...there is a very special feel to the place."
